Do I need to market my book?
Not all authors require book marketing services. Many wish only for their story to be ‘privately published’ so that they can give copies to their family and friends.
Some self-published authors, however, wish to proactively market their book in order to ‘spread the word’ and sell as many copies as possible.
Remember: marketing does not guarantee sales but no marketing guarantees no sales!
What we don’t do… and what we can do.
Swift does not provide author or book marketing services – but we can offer informal advice to our authors on marketing their book.
In addition, if you choose the self-publishing route and decide that you’d like to invest in a professional book marketing campaign, we can suggest several marketing agencies who specialise in working with self-published authors.
These agencies would provide you with a separate marketing plan and costs quotation for their services.
