Tim has a wealth of business experience gained over a long and varied career at start-ups, large corporations, VC/PE-backed, privately-owned, employee-owned, and not-for-profit companies.
He has consistently delivered both commercial success and M&A exit value as a Managing Director and CEO, and holds several non-executive positions.
After decades at the ‘commercial coalface’, he has developed a strong and instinctive empathy for the challenges facing senior executives and business owners – a key factor in his coaching and mentoring approach.
Tim has an Institute of Leadership and Management PGCert in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes. He is a member of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS).
He is a voluntary mentor on the Independent Publishers’ Guild Mentor Scheme.
